Outpatient Recovery Care
Outpatient Drug Rehab & Alcohol Treatment
THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC
Structure and support in your time of need.
At Fusion Recovery, we understand that life comes with challenges, and you may not be able to leave your responsibilities to attend an inpatient alcohol rehab or drug addiction recovery center. Addiction can take a toll on your mental, physical, and emotional health, and you may need a drug or alcohol treatment that fits your schedule. With outpatient rehab, there is more flexibility and fewer restrictions for substance abuse treatment than in inpatient rehab. Your addiction should not stop you from living your life, so we aim to provide a rehab experience that is in line with your day-to-day routine. Our addiction resources and support programs motivate you to continue living a sober life and make positive changes and choices.

Outpatient Healing Program
What is outpatient rehab, and how is it different?
Outpatient rehabilitation is considered a step down from inpatient rehab. With outpatient treatment, you can live at home or in sober living and go to therapy at your scheduled time. Outpatient programs are typically a step down from inpatient care for those patients that have been stabilized or have a mild to moderate addiction. This program is typically a more affordable option than residential treatment.
Our outpatient program is scheduled during the week, Monday through Friday at our alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers in Menands, NY. The program consists of two levels of care: Partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP), as well as medical detox for those who require it. During each of these programs, you will be able to learn recovery skills and practice those skills in your everyday life.
Everyday Recovery Care
Our staff is here to help you during the most difficult times.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are a step down from PHP. IOP is typically 2-4 hours per day during the week, depending on your needs. Our IOP is designed to teach you the tools crucial for your successful recovery. We will teach you life skills, help you set goals, and provide support as you recover and integrate into everyday life.
